Progress Update

Fear not!  We’re making good progress on post-production for Dead Men Hiking, and we’re currently planning for a Christmas-time release.  Maybe we’ll premiere Dead Men Hiking on December 23rd–the same day Steven Spielberg’s Tintin hits theaters!  Wouldn’t that be fun?

Also, I’ll try to write some posts on different aspects of production later on if I have time.  Some potential topics include script writing, storyboarding, cinematography, audio, music, special effects, etc.  If there’s anything in particular that y’all are curious about, drop me a line in the comments.

Also, would anyone be interested in seeing a blooper reel, cast/crew interviews, or behind-the-scenes photos/videos?

  1. I agree with Phineas. To keep this blog going, you need lots of articles, and “all of the above” will provide that.

  2. Oh, and Admin, would you please fix the times on the comments? It’s driving me nuts to see “Nada on September 7, 2011 at 12:23 am” when it isn’t even the 7th yet.

  3. Everything? Well, okay. Where do y’all think I should start? Should I post about topics in chronological order (thus beginning with writing the script) or should I intersperse stuff like that with production videos/interviews?

    Thanks for the input!

  4. We have no opinions; we are mindless, passive zombies waiting to fill ourselves with any brains that are revealed before us. I’ll let you pick which brain to start–with. Woo! I did it! I ended my sentence with a preposition! Ugh, I’m feeling faint…

  5. Okay, now I’m confused. Jeremy has learned to respond to comments that were written in the future. Now he’ll correct all of our grammatical mistakes before we make them. And I was thinking that it couldn’t get worse.

On the plus side, I now have an idea for a great science fiction/horror story.

  6. Grant, you can make contact now! Yippee!

Admin, I don’t think you’re going to get much help out of the commenters. You should probably use the magic 8 ball to decide…or just do whatever you feel like doing. “What does your heart tell you?” and all that good stuff:).
